GLUT-ENcylopedia

Get used to reading the backs of the packets, care what goes into your foods! The more natural and the less ingredients the better.

If its baked (bread, pastrys, pizza), if its been thickened (creamy sauces, soups, ready meals), if its been processed & bulked (sausages, burgers), its probably NOT gluten free. Check the back!

NB This list is not exhaustive, and will be added to and amended regularly. At the end of the day YOU know how intolerant you are.
